Buckwheat clusters
Ingredients:
200 ml buckwheat groats
200 ml puffed buckwheat
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch salt
Directions:
Prehet the oven to 160°C.
In a large bowl mix together buckwheat groats and the puffed buckwheat.
In a saucepan over low heat stir together honey, cashew butter, coconut oil, ground cinnamon and salt until well combined. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix to coat.
Transfer the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and press to ensure that the mixture is compact. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool before you break into clusters.
